Description: The udon noodle has been popular in Japan for 500 years. It is quick and simple to prepare, the most common use for Udon is in hot broth.

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, brown rice flour, sea salt. Non GMO. No artificial additives

Uses: Add to boiling water, simmer, cook for about 10 minutes or until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water. Do not overcook.
