酒店早餐。前往长江第一湾石鼓镇赶集，午餐，下午学做丽江传统美食饵块，鸡豆凉粉见学

酒店早餐。前往大理剑川、游览距今650多年的剑川古城，午餐，沙溪古镇自由活动，晚餐自理，

酒店早餐。大理观看著名的三道茶表演，看辉煌的大理白族民居建筑，体验白族扎染见学，午餐后去酒店，洱海边自由活动，晚上大理無相颂用餐。

7. Clean Vegan meals shall be provided during the entire journey except where excluded as stated in the itinerary. Carnivorous to bear own meal cost if opt out.
