Ingredients: Organic wholewheat flour, sea salt
How to use: Add noodles to 2.5L (0.7 gallon) of boiling water. Cook for 9-11 minutes or until tender. (Somen: cook for 2-3 minutes and rinse immediately with cold running water to prevent overcooking). Serve in hot broth, soups or chilled with dipping sauce. Also use in stir fries or salads.
