Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic buckwheat flour, sea salt
How to use: Add soba noodles to 2.5L (0.7 gallon) of boiling water. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Rinse immediately with cold running water to prevent overcooking. Serve in hot broth, soups, or chilled with dipping sauce. Also use in stir fries or salads.
