Ingredients: <Noodle> Wheat flour, buckwheat flour, sea salt. <Soup> Tapioca dextrin, shoyu powder, sea salt, yeast extract powder, spices (garlic, ginger, white pepper), onion, sesame oil, dried green onion, bamboo shoot powder.

How to use: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, simmer noodles for about 4-5 min. Add the soup stock and stir. You could add extra vegetables, kombu shiitake dashi powder for umami taste or tofu to the noodles for added nutrients. Enjoy.
