Description: Radiant extra virgin olive oil is extracted by cold pressing the olive fruit which is estate grown in the cool climate of the Frankland River region in Western Australia. The oil production involves no refining at all and takes place immediately after harvest. The oil is therefore extremely fresh and has an intense fruit flavor. It is high in antioxidants, contains less than 0.8% free fatty acid and no cholesterol or preservatives.

Uses: Ideal oil for Asian stir fry, light cooking, salads and marinate.
